Transaction Manager - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join an established main-dealer franchise group, based near Southampton. 

We are looking for candidates who are Senior Sales Executives, Business Managers or experienced Retail Managers within the motor trade. Training and support will be provided for the right candidate to transition into the role.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Oversee and manage the vehicle sales transaction process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

Maximise finance, insurance, and add-on product sales via effective presentation and compliant selling techniques.

Work closely with the sales team to support conversion of enquiries into sales and maintain high levels of customer service.

Ensure all financial paperwork is completed accurately and in line with FCA and company regulations.

Monitor and report on performance metrics, helping drive profitability and departmental improvements.

The Package:

£30,000 Basic + realistic £55,000 OTE! 

Five-day working week: 1 day off during the week, plus 1 weekend day off
