Sales Manager - Bolton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a successful used car supermarket, seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong growth plans, offering excellent earning potential and the chance to lead and develop a successful sales team.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Oversee the day-to-day running of a busy used car sales department

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 6 Sales Executives (with plans to grow to 8)

Drive performance to increase monthly sales from 150–180 units to 200+

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a seamless sales process

Maintain compliance and uphold company standards across all sales activities

Previous experience as a Sales Manager within a high-volume motor trade environment is essential

Full UK driving licence required

The Package:

£35,000 basic salary - £60,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 7:00pm (with 2 consecutive days off in the week)

Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm

1 full weekend off per month, alongside weekday time off - 3-day working week rotation!
