Transaction Manager - Truro

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly successful dealership group with a site in the Truro area, Cornwall, who are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Transaction Manager to join their sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing automotive sales professional to step into a pivotal role within a busy, forward-thinking dealership environment. The position offers strong earning potential, a supportive management structure, and a clear platform for progression.

Our client would be keen to speak with highly experienced Sales Executives who have exposure to Transaction Manager, Sales Controller, Business Manager or similar responsibilities, and who are looking to take the next step in their career full time.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Support the sales team in structuring deals to maximise profitability and compliance.

Oversee and assist with the sales transaction process from proposal to handover.

Work closely with Sales Executives to improve conversion rates and deal quality.

Present finance, warranty, GAP insurance, and add-on products confidently and compliantly.

Ensure FCA compliance is maintained across all regulated activities.

Maximise profit per unit through effective deal stacking and lender negotiation.

Provide coaching and support to Sales Executives where required.

Previous experience as a Senior Sales Executive or in a Transaction Manager / Business Manager / Sales Controller type role is highly desirable.

The Package:

Basic salary of £30,000 On-target earnings of £55,000+ uncapped. 5-day working week.

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm, (With a day off in the week.) Saturdays: 8:30am – 5:00pm. No Sundays.
