Sales Executive - Chippenham

The Role:

We are excited to be supporting a reputable motor trade dealership group in their search for an experienced Sales Executive to join their successful site based in Chippenham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual with a proven track record in car sales. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey, driving sales performance, and contributing to the continued success of the dealership.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Deliver a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover.

Maximise sales opportunities, including new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and add-on products.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Build lasting customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade is essential.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

A full UK driving licence is required.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £18,000 | OTE: £50,000 + Electric Company Car 

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

1 in 3 Sundays: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Designated day off during the week (if Sunday worked, you receive a day back that week)
