The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on the behalf of an established, car dealership, with a site based around the outskirts of Sarisbury Green/ Locks Heath. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Reception Advisor to join their existing team on a permanent basis. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
To meet & greet your customers, & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements.
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service.
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity.
Other Ad hoc duties will likely be required.
The Package:
Up to £18,000 basic salary + Up-selling commission bonus = £20,500 per annum.
Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 17:30pm & 08:30 - 18:00 on alternate days - One in three Saturday's - 8:00am - 13:00pm
