The Role:
We have a great opportunity, recruiting on behalf of a well-established motor trade business based on the outskirts of Walton on Thames. Looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to join their Service department, you will be responsible for the following:
Duties will include:
To meet & greet your customers, & clarify their Service, MOT and/or repair requirements.
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service.
This position is very customer focused and the successful candidate must have an excellent customer service background, with good positive personal attributes.
Experience Required:
You will ideally be working in a similar position, with ideally a minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
Prior experience in a customer service based role.
Excellent communication skills.
Team player with a flexible attitude; is willing to ensure customer satisfaction
You need to hold a full driving licence. This is essential
The Package:
Salary £22,000 - £25,000 basic plus bonus, OTE £27K +
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 - 6:00 (every other Saturday 08:30 - 12:30)
