The Role:

Silcom Recruitment have a really exciting job opportunity and are looking for additional member of the team to come on board as a Customer Account Concierge to join our premium client within the marine sector on a full time permanent basis. Based in Southampton, you will be an integral part of a team providing the best customer journey for clients all around the world.

Relevant Experience Required:

Kerridge CRM experience is highly desired but not essential

Experience of delivering customer service over the phone (inbound & outbound), email and occasionally face to face

Strong organisational skills and administrative skills desired

IT literate 

The Package:

Starting salary of £23,000 + bonus - Realistic OTE £29,000 per annum, uncapped + great company benefits.

Hours: 07:30am - 16:30pm NO WEEKEND'S
