Credit Controller

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced motor trade Credit Controller, to join our well established dealer, based around the outskirts of Edgware. Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for the following.

Duties will include:

To maintain credit control procedures

To process Bacs and Cheque payments received and allocate payments against customer accounts

To process cheque and remittance advice on to the Sales Ledger /Cashier 

To produce regular debtors reports and any other information requested within agreed formats and time scales

To resolve customer queries through communication with relevant departments

To chase up overdue customer payments by phone, or in writing

To deal with overdue debts via County Courts or debt recovery agency

The Package:

£24,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary – Depending on experience + Company benefits. Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30 one hour lunch.
