Car Sales Executive - Reading

The Role:

Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for cars? Do you excel in customer service and have a knack for closing deals?

Our client a family-owned retail group are looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their site based in Reading. Motor trade experience preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the forecourt.

Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable vehicles.

Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, options, and warranties.

Conduct test drives with potential customers.

Negotiate price, terms of sale, and financing options with customers.

Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

A valid UK driver’s license is essential.

Package:

Basic Salary: £19,000 + OTE of up to £45,000 + Company car.

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am – 6:00pm] with 1 hour lunch break!!

Saturdays [8:30am – 17:00pm] with a day off in the week & Sundays on a rota basis.
