





The Role:
We are recruiting for an Assistant Service Manager on the behalf of a largely successful, 50+ years established multi-brand dealership group, for their Dorchester branch.
A rare opportunity has arisen for our client, currently seeking a wiling and experienced Assistant Service Manager to join their team and help the business to develop!
Responsibilities & Requirements of an Assistant Service Manager:
As a part of this service team, you will work towards ensuring every customer has the best experience possible.
This will include overseeing the Service Reception area, looking after the Service Advisors, upselling where possible.
This position is predominantly working closely alongside the Aftersales Manager and supporting him in the day to day running’s of the Aftersales department.
The successful candidate must have an excellent customer service background and worked in a main dealer environment for a considerable period of time.
If you have experience of stepping into a Service Management role in the absence of your line manager this would be beneficial.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £28,000 | OTE exceeding £34,000 & UNCAPPED!!!
Hours: Monday to Friday [08:00am – 18:00pm] with 1 hour lunch | 1-in-2 Saturdays [08:00am – 13:00pm]
