Assistant Accountant - Reading

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of a client of ours based in Reading, seeking to add an experienced Assistant Accountant to their expanding team. Reporting to the Dealership Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented individual with a keen eye for detail and flair for accounts. You will be confident, it is essential that you have an accounts background, within the motor industry, with a working knowledge of Kerridge. 

You will be an assistant accountant currently, looking to take on a more progressive role. You will be especially competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, be incredibly ambitious and be willing to undertake further training and development. You will also possess a real desire to further your accounting career within the motor industry. 

We are looking for the following attributes:

The Package:

Salary (experience dependant) £30,000 + Fantastic company benefits. Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30 (flexibility available) with 1 hour for lunch.
