Aftersales Manager - Portsmouth

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently at work to find an experienced Aftersales Manager, working for a top client of ours based in Portsmouth, an amazing opportunity for someone to prove their abilities with this established, yet growing organisation.

As an Aftersales Manager your duties will include:

A complete understanding of aftersales process’ in a modern dealership.

Manage the aftersales team ensuring all agreed customer service targets are met to maintain the brand experience.

Ensure that the aftersales team work effectively with other departments.

To have a hands-on approach to manage, motivate and train staff to ensure the growth and development of the departments.

Create, agree and control sales, merchandising, recruitment, advertising and sales promotion plans to support the achievement of Service & Parts department plans and budgets.

The Package:

Up to £38,000 basic with an OTE of £42,000 - £44,000 + company vehicle and other great company benefits.
