The Role:

Our client, an innovative and dynamic brand, is seeking a motivated Aftersales Manager to lead their team in Croydon. The ideal candidate should have previous experience with the Kerridge system, although this is not essential.

Responsibilities & Requirements of an Aftersales Manager:

Oversee and manage a team comprising of 7 Vehicle Technicians, 3 Service Advisors & 1 Parts Advisor.

Ensure seamless and efficient operations of the aftersales department.

Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Oversee daily workshop activities to maximise efficiency and productivity.

Control and optimise the aftersales department budget, focusing on costs, revenue and profitability.

Package:

Basic Salary: £50,000 + OTE £65,000 + Company Car & Phone!!

Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm]!!
