Workshop Manager - Christchurch

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are assisting a large, known main car dealership located in Christchurch. Our client is currently in need of a competent Workshop Manager, prepared to handle all technical and customer related enquires and driven to breed a motivated, successful working environment.

This Workshop Manager will be in control of all working personnel within the dealerships workshop department, dealing with all related matter of service and is relied upon to spearhead the business forward, taking the lead on the daily responsibilities and producing a profitable business.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Workshop Manager:

Managing the day to day running of a main dealership. Working closely with other management within the business.

Distribution and control of daily workload for Vehicle Technicians.

Updating customers on the progress of their vehicles, managing their query’s.

Liaising with the service department to make sure all departments are on the same page and then suitably driving them forwards.

Self-motivate and drive, productivity and efficiency.

Determined to create a positive and economic working environment.

Package:

Salary: £32,000 - £39,000 [Dependent on Experience]

Benefits: OTE including excellent bonus & other premium benefits

Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:30pm | Saturdays (1-in-4) – 8:30am to 12:30pm
