Workshop Controller - Newbury

Responsibilities & Requirements Of A Workshop Controller

Oversee and manage a team of 8 skilled Vehicle Technicians in a busy, fast-paced workshop.

Ensure efficient and effective use of workshop resources, maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.

Liaise closely with the Service and Parts departments to deliver outstanding customer service and meet daily operational targets.

Monitor work-in-progress and job allocation, ensuring accurate and timely completion.

Maintain compliance with health & safety and brand standards at all times.

Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Service Advisor, or Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or workshop environment.

Strong technical knowledge and an understanding of workshop processes.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

A team player who thrives in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Package:

£32,000 Basic Salary, £38,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 6:00pm, NO WEEKENDS!
