Vehicle Technician - Winchester

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a client of ours who have a brilliant opportunity to join their team, based in Winchester. Our client is a family owned, well-established main dealer group with great working facilities, appealing brands with exceptional training and development programmes from day one! Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Driving Licence (required).

You will hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum.

Independent or main dealership experience required – 1 year minimum.

MOT certificate would be highly desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided.

Passion for mechanical work and customer interaction.

The Package:

Up to £36,000 basic salary [experience dependent] + Competitive bonus!

Bonus based on percentage of efficiency – Up to £600 per month.

Regular overtime available – Ability to work through lunch & paid overtime rate to do so.

Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:30pm – with 1 hour for lunch.

Saturday rota – 1 in 7 weekends, 08:30am – 12:30pm paid as overtime.
