Vehicle Technician - Portsmouth

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently recruiting for one of our great clients in Portsmouth, an established motor trade dealership group. They are actively searching for an experienced Vehicle Technician.

Responsibilities & Requirements for role of a Vehicle Technician:

Undertake repair and servicing of motor vehicles across two brands.

Carrying out inspection and repairs to a variety of vehicles efficiently to achieve bonus.

Conducting diagnostic work when required using the necessary brand specific software and tools. (If qualified)

A Full UK Driving Licence.

A sound mechanical knowledge.

NVQ Level 3 Qualified in Light Vehicle Servicing and Repair (Desired) but can consider Level 2 (Minimum).  

MOT Licence (Desired) not essential.

The Package:

£30,000 Basic Salary + £37,000 Realistic OTE.

Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00 + Rota’d Saturday (8:30 – 12:30).

22 Days paid holiday plus bank holidays.
