Vehicle Technician - Newton Abbot

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is currently in search of a proficient Vehicle Technician to join one of their family-run businesses situated in Newton Abbot. The preferred candidate will exhibit enthusiasm for participating in training sessions at their state-of-the-art training facility.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Demonstrated proficiency in vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs, or equivalent certification.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, showcasing a customer-centric mindset.

Possession of a valid UK driver's license.

While experience in MOT testing is beneficial, it is not obligatory; training and assistance are provided for individuals without prior experience.

Package:

Basic Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 [Depending on experience] + OTE £45,000 UNCAPPED!!

Overtime is paid at 1.5x basic + 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am - 5:00pm] + 1 hour lunch break!

Overtime: Saturdays [8:30am – 12:30pm] + Any additional hours worked during the week!
