The Role:

The Silcom team are actively seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to on board with our established dealership client based in the Horsham area.

Are you deeply committed to continuous learning and possess the expertise to enhance your capabilities as a Vehicle Technician? Whether you hold a Level 3 NVQ or an equivalent qualification, or even possess a Level 2 qualification coupled with a determined drive to excel, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Execute repairs and maintenance on motor vehicles of various makes and models.

Perform diagnostic work using a diverse range of equipment.

Uphold a clean and secure working environment, eliminating potentially hazardous practices.

Demonstrate solid mechanical knowledge.

Provide assistance and guidance to colleagues in skill development.

The Package:

£25,000 to £34,000 Basic Salary [Experience dependent] + Bonus!

Monday to Friday – [8:00am to 5:00pm]  

No weekends!!!

Strong development and training program to support with career progression.
