Vehicle Technician - Bournemouth

The Role:

At present, Silcom Recruitment are eagerly searching for an expert Vehicle Technician to work for a newly established, fast growing business and reputable client at their expanded dealership based in Bournemouth.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Perform vehicle services and repairs adhering to company technical standards.

Diagnose and address non-routine defects using knowledge of vehicles and relevant technologies.

Complete jobs within allocated time and uphold personal productivity targets.

Coach and support apprentice technicians, facilitating learning and understanding.

Attend specialised training sessions as needed.

Collaborate with Centre team members to provide seamless and exceptional customer service.

MOT license preferable, but by no means essential.

Package:

Basic Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum [experience dependent] | OTE £50,000+ UNCAPPED !!!

Advanced training is always made available including; electric vehicle training, diagnostic equiptment training & MOT qualification refreshers and training.

Hours: Monday – Friday [8:30am – 5:30pm] | Saturdays (1-in-4) [8:30am – 12:30pm]
