The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of three South Coast based clients who seek experienced Vehicle Sales Administrators for their teams.

Positions to be based - 

Southampton or Christchurch - Full time (40 hours) 12-month maternity cover contract with a view to going permanent. - £22,000 + Bonus.

Portsmouth - Full time - Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm. - £22,000-£27,000

Portsmouth - Part time - Monday to Friday 9:30am-2:00pm. – Salary negotiable

Responsibilities:

Process and monitoring all new and used car sales on the company’s DMS - Kerridge or Pinnacle considered 

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

The Package:

£22,000 - £27,000 starting salary - Dependent on experience
