Vehicle Sales Administrator - Portsmouth

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a local, established business, with a site around the outskirts of Portsmouth. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

Working alongside the senior vehicle sales administrator, you will work together to support the business in processing both new & used car sales, using the company DMS (Pinnacle).

Responsibilities:

Process and monitoring of new & used car sales on the company’s DMS (Pinnacle)

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

You will be organised and thorough with your work

The Package:

£22,000 - £24,000 starting salary - Dependent on experience.

Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm
