Vehicle Sales Administrator - Exeter

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently supporting an established, franchise car dealership group who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their team based in Exeter.

Our ideal Vehicle Sales Administrator will hold experience processing both new and used vehicles - **Please note, experience across new or used will also be appreciated**.

Main Objectives as a Vehicle Sales Administrator:

Comply with DVLA/AFRL guidelines at all times

Provide excellent support and administration services to the sales department

Process and monitoring all new and used car sales on the company’s DMS 

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

The Package:

£27,000 starting salary + Bonus – paid at £250 per quarter.

Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00. No weekends.
