





The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Centre Manager to join a well-established and high-performing local tyre centre based in the outskirts of Newbury area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, motivated leader with a background in fast-fit or tyre centre management.
You'll be overseeing the day-to-day running of a busy workshop, managing a tight-knit team, and ensuring a high level of service and productivity is maintained.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Centre Manager:
Managing the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced tyre centre.Leading a team of technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
Driving sales, performance, and centre profitability.Supporting the team hands-on when required - this is a role for someone who’s happy to get stuck in.
Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards and in line with health & safety regulations.
What our client is looking for:
Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within a tyre centre or fast-fit environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
A hands-on approach and willingness to assist the team on the workshop floor.
A commercial mindset and a track record of hitting targets.
Package:
Basic salary up to £46,000 (depending on experience) plus an £8,000 realistic OTE
Monday to Friday (8:00am to 6:00pm) with a half day on a Saturday and a day off every week. 4.5 Day week!
