





The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a premium main dealership client of ours, based in Poole, delivering a five-star experience to customers in a fast-paced, professional environment.
In this key role, you’ll work closely with the Service Manager to help lead the front-of-house team and ensure every customer receives a smooth and seamless aftersales journey. You’ll act as the senior point of contact for service advisors and support the coordination of workshop loading, customer communications, and service process efficiency.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Senior Service Advisor:
Support the Service Manager with day-to-day operations, team guidance, and service department performance.
Oversee the customer check-in/check-out process, ensuring excellent service standards are maintained at all times.
Provide technical advice and service recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
Handle escalated customer concerns and service queries effectively.
Assist with workshop scheduling and ensure accurate job card preparation.
Monitor service KPIs including upsell opportunities, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Mentor and support junior advisors, promoting a positive and productive team culture.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience as a Senior or experienced Service Advisor within a main dealership environment.
Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate confidently with both technicians and customers.
Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in a premium setting.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for the automotive industry.
The Package:
Competitive basic salary of £33,000 with £40,000 OTE.
Monday to Friday working with only 2 Saturdays per month on a rota basis. 2 on, 4 off. Works out as one Saturday per month on average.
