Used Car Sales Manager - Ringwood

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently have a unique opportunity available for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager, working for an established main dealer group, with a site based around the outskirts of Ringwood.

Working within what is a stable, friendly and knowledgeable team. Our ideal Used Car Sales Manager will possess the experience to hit the ground running, and provide immediate support to the sales team.

In return, you will be afforded the chance to work within an often consistently well stocked site, offering a superb salary and commission package.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

You will be responsible for a sales team of three, selling and driving Used Car Sales with a range of products, including finance and GAP insurance.
You will be expected to uphold an already successful sales process.

Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are met.

Meet sales and profitability targets, manage the supply of used vehicles and sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales.

Package:

£35,000 Basic Starting Salary

On target earnings circa £70,000

Company Car

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm – Day off in the week.

Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm

No Sunday work
