The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an established, franchise car dealership group who are currently seeking a Used Car Preparation Administrator to join their team.
We’re ideally seeking an individual who currently holds strong administration experience, ideally within a used car business or similar and high levels of attention to detail and organisation to their work.

As a Used Car Preparation Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
Data quality control of vehicle records on the company DMS.
Analysis of part-exchange appraisal content and quality.
Procurement support on every aspect of the buying process.
Transferring stock around the business.
Monitoring of processes and routines used for stock management.
Performance monitoring and reporting across the group.
Working closely with the sales administration, accounts and sales departments.
The Package:
Starting salary of £24,500 - £25,500 (experience dependent)
Bonus – Circa £3,000 per annum
Monday to Friday – 8:00am – 6:00pm – One-hour lunch
