The Role:

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an established main dealer group who are based in Southampton. Our client is seeking an experienced Used Car Controller to join their  team. As a Used Car Controller, you will be responsible for the following:

About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the General Sales Manager & Transaction Managers by controlling all aspects of the used vehicle processes within the business including the full use of the internal data management system.

Our client is looking for a highly motivated person with passion and drive who can provide exceptional levels of customer service. Someone who can support, drive and motivate the Sales team, exceed targets and maximise profitability across all areas of the used car department.

You should have the knowledge, experience, drive and ability to get the most out of the Used Department and sales team.

Our client is willing to consider someone working in a senior sales role  with exceptional used car experience looking for a step into management. 

The Package:

Basic Salary circa £25,000 negotiable basic salary, depending on experience. £70,000 + OTE plus over performance bonus, as well as company vehicle and other fantastic company benefits.
