Tyre Technician - Hindhead

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a brilliant client of ours, who seek a skilled and motivated Tyre Technician to join a well-established, independent specialist vehicle workshop located on the outskirts of Hindhead. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a clean, modern, and fully equipped facility, focusing on premium tyre fitting, wheel balancing, and alignment across a broad range of vehicles – from modern performance cars and prestige marques to classic vehicles, aswell as your usual daily vehicle.

This role is perfectly suited to an experienced Tyre Technician who takes pride in their work, values a professional team environment, and appreciates a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend work required.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Tyre Technician:

Carry out tyre fitting, repairs, wheel balancing and four wheel alignment to a high standard.

Work confidently across a variety of vehicle types, including high-performance, all makes and models, and classic cars.

Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with manufacturer and internal standards.

Maintain accurate records of work carried out, using the latest workshop management systems.

Collaborate with workshop colleagues and support the wider technical team when required.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the tyre bay and workshop environment.

Full UK driving licence required.

Experience working with premium, specialist, or performance vehicles is desirable, but not essential.

Package:

Salary: Up to £38,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience).

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM - No weekends.
