Transaction Manager - Wokingham

Silcom Recruitment are looking for an experienced motor trade Transaction Manager to lead our client’s sales team with the support of the Sales Manager and ensure seamless operations in a dynamic team environment based in Wokingham.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Transaction Manager:

Manage and oversee all financial transactions related to vehicle sales, purchases, and trade-ins.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction documentation, including contracts, invoices, and payment records.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and company policies during all transactions.

Liaise with customers, addressing any issues or concerns related to transactions and providing exceptional service.

Prepare and present detailed reports on transaction activity, financial performance, and discrepancies to senior management.

Reconcile transaction records with financial statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

Collaborate with sales, finance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and resolve any issues.

Train and support staff on transaction procedures, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Assist in preparing for and facilitating internal and external audits related to financial transactions.

Identify and address transaction-related issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Oversee and manage financing options for customers, ensuring accurate processing of loan and lease agreements.

Maintain and organise transaction records and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £25,750 + £50,700 OTE + Company Vehicle!

Hours: Monday To Saturday + Day Off In The Week [8:30am – 6:00pm] & Tuesday OR Thursday [8:30am – 9:00pm]

**No Sundays**
