Transaction Manager - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are working with an exceptional motor trade group in Southampton who are currently on the search for an experienced Transaction Manager to join a recently acquired business.

This opportunity is ideal for any experienced Transaction Managers looking for a new challenge and to be a part of an expanding project.

The ideal candidate will need to have obtained experience in a similar role have great man-management skills and a positive attitude to help drive the business performance.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Transaction Manager:

Oversee a team of Sales Executives reporting to the General Sales Manager.

Establish weekly action plans at the beginning of the month ensuring these are managed efficiently and achieved by the sales team. Carrying out daily and weekly reviews.  

Manage the sales process & maintain best practice routines.

Propose finance cases & drive finance and Insurance sales.

Second - face customers.

Promote and maintain the highest level of customer service.  

The Package:

£30,000 Basic Salary + Circa £55,000 Bonus. This is uncapped!

Monday to Friday [8:30 – 18:00] + Designated weekly day off.

Saturday [8:30 – 17:00] + Rota’d Sunday.

Company Car

30 days holiday inc. Bank holidays.
