Transaction Manager - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Transaction Manager with an established, premium car dealership group based in Southampton.

As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Upskill and oversee 5 Sales Executives plus a junior sales executive. Alongside another Transaction Manager, reporting to the General Sales Manager.

Overseeing the sale of new and used vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the FCA guidelines.

Oversee forecourt management.

Manage the sales process & used car performance within the dealership.

Stacking deals.

Proposing finance cases.

Second facing customers.

Ensuring the best levels of customer service at all times.

The Package: 

Basic salary of £23,100 with an OTE £65,000 Uncapped plus company car and great company benefits including 25 days holiday!

Hours - Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00 with a designated day off in the week. Saturday, 09:00 - 17:00, Sunday 10:00 - 16:00. (Alternate weekends. Week 1 Saturday in, Sunday off. Week 2 Saturday off, Sunday in etc etc.)
