Transaction Manager - Salisbury

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Transaction Manager for one of our premium motor trade clients with a superb facility based in Salisbury.

The opportunity of Transaction Manager presents a rare and unique opportunity to join an established business, premium brand and working within an amazing environment.

Responsibilities of a Transaction Manager:

Upskill and oversee a team of Sales Executives, reporting to the General Sales Manager.

Overseeing the sale of new and used vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the FCA guidelines.

Oversee forecourt management.

Manage the sales process & used car performance within the dealership.

Stacking deals.

Proposing finance cases.

Second facing customers.

Ensuring the best levels of customer service at all times.

The Package: 

Salary £26,250 (£60,250 OTE) + Company car + Birthday off!
