Transaction Manager - Salisbury

The Role:

We are currently working on behalf of our client, a premium main dealer who are seeking to recruit an experienced F&I Transaction Manager to join a fast paced and professional car sales team.

Role and Responsibilities:

You will have the necessary Automotive experience required for; stacking deals together, working to FCA regulations, promoting and arranging finance and insurance products, providing quotations for customers and seeing each deal through to point of handover ensuring all paperwork is completed and that every customer is aware of the products available.

As an integral part of a sales team you will assist the General Sales Manager, alongside another Transaction Manager to meet targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Your senior position within team will mean that you will also be tasked to motivate and drive sales and finance penetration.

About You: - 

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate all levels.

Minimum of 3 years recent experience in a similar role within the motor trade industry as well as working knowledge and understanding of the above role requirements.

Current or very recent experience working within a Business Management / Transaction Manager or F&I based motor trade role - Essential.

Franchised Main Dealer experience essential.

Possession of a Full UK Driving Licence.

The Package:

Starting salary of £25,000 (experience dependent), with a realistic OTE of £60,000 plus company car and fantastic company benefits including Life Insurance cover.

Hours: Monday to Saturday 45 hour working week, with a day off in the week and weekend (rota)
