Transaction Manager - Portsmouth

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Transaction Manager with an established, car dealership group based in Portsmouth.

As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Upskill and oversee ten sales executives.

Overseeing the sale of new and used vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the FCA guidelines.

Stacking deals

Proposing finance cases

Second facing customers

Ensuring the best levels of customer service at all times

The Package: 

Basic salary of £23,000 OTE £65,000 Uncapped plus some great company benefits.
