Transaction Manager - Portsmouth

The Role:

We're delighted to be working with an established, premium car dealer who seek an experienced Transaction Manager to join their team. A superb opportunity to work alongside the Sales Manager, assisting in the day-to-day running of the sales department. 

A top 3 UK dealer for their respected brand, this is a unique opportunity to be a part of an exciting business with a stable team.

As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Team control of 5 sales executives

Managing the departmental sale of finance and insurance products

Managing the associated compliances along with the sales manager

Managing and increasing departmental accessory sales to a target PPU

Managing a process to ensure deal presenters are used to maximise profitability

To achieve agreed sales targets for new and used cars, F & I and accessories within defined operating and financial guidelines.

Ensure an excellent customer service experience

The Package: 

Starting salary of £25,000 - £27,500 Basic Salary + OTE of £60,000 - £65,000
