The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently working with a highly esteemed automotive main dealership based in the Poole, Dorset area. To assist in recruiting an experienced new Transaction Manager to join their acclaimed business.

The opportunity of Transaction Manager presents a rare and unique opportunity to join a large established motor trade organisation, with a strong reputation for success on the south coast and beyond, selling a reliable brand and working within an amazing professional environment.

As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Upskill and oversee a team of Sales Executives, reporting to the General Sales Manager

Overseeing the sale of new and used vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the FCA guidelines

Oversee forecourt management

Manage the sales process & used car performance within the dealership

Stacking deals

Proposing finance cases

Second facing customers

Ensuring the best levels of customer service at all times

The Package: 

Salary: £25,000 Basic | £45,000+ OTE, UNCAPPED!

Hours: [Full-Time] Monday to Saturday (with one late shift a week)

8:30am – 6:00pm & A day off in the week! | NO SUNDAYS!!!
