Transaction Manager - Oxford

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is seeking a Transaction Manager to join a successful, established main-dealer group, based in Oxford.

We are looking for a driven and target-focused motor trade professional with strong sales, finance, and F&I experience. Our client is open to considering experienced Senior Sales Executives seeking the next step in their career, as well as established Transaction, Business Managers Or Sales Controllers looking for a fresh challenge.

Responsibilities & Requirements Of A Transaction Manager:

Manage the finance and insurance process, ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations.

Maximise profitability through finance, insurance, and value-added product sales.

Motivate and support the sales team to achieve individual and dealership targets.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover.

Proven background in the automotive retail sector is essential, ideally in a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, Sales Controller Or Senior Sales Executive role.

The Package:

Salary: £30,000 Basic Salary & £50,750 OTE!

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm (Designated Day Off) 

Saturdays: 8:30am – 6:00pm & No Sundays! 

1 late shift (until 9:00pm) on either Tuesday or Thursday
