Transaction Manager - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Transaction Manager for one of our premium motor trade clients.

With a superb facility based around the outskirts of Southampton, the opportunity of Transaction Manager presents a rare and unique opportunity to join an established business, with a great reputation on the south coast and beyond, selling a reliable, premium brand and working within an amazing environment.

As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Upskill and oversee a team of Sales Executives, reporting to the General Sales Manager.

Overseeing the sale of new and used vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the FCA guidelines.

Oversee forecourt management.

Manage the sales process & used car performance within the dealership.

Stacking deals.

Proposing finance cases.

Second facing customers.

Ensuring the best levels of customer service at all times.

The Package: 

£24,000 Basic Starting Salary

£50,000+ OTE

Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 6:00pm – Day off in the week

Saturday – 8:30am – 5:00pm

Sunday – 10:30am – 4:30pm

Every other weekend off (on rotation)
