Transaction Manager - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently working with an established, car dealership group who are currently offering a superb opportunity for an experienced Transaction Manager to join their team.

As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Upskill and oversee eight sales executives.

Overseeing the sale of new and used vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the FCA guidelines.

Stacking deals

Proposing finance cases

Second facing customers

Ensuring the best levels of service at all times

The Package: 

Starting salary of £25,000 + £25,000. End of year bonus of £2500 if budget is achieved and monthly/quarterly bonuses for target achievement.
