Transaction Manager - Outskirts Of Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are working with an exceptional motor trade group located on the outskirts of Southampton, who are currently on the search for an experienced Transaction Manager to up-sell and handle a strong brand for their prestige business.

This opportunity is ideal for any experienced Transaction Managers looking for a new challenge and to be a part of a highly respected motor group, with excellent benefits.

The ideal candidate will need to have obtained experience in a similar role have great man-management skills and a positive attitude to help drive the business performance.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Transaction Manager:

Oversee a team of Sales Executives reporting to the General Sales Manager

Establish weekly action plans at the beginning of the month ensuring these are managed efficiently and achieved by the sales team. Carrying out daily and weekly reviews

Manage the sales process & maintain best practice routines

Propose finance cases & drive finance and insurance sales

Being fully FCA Compliant

Promote and maintain the highest level of customer service

Design and implement local marketing strategies

The Package:

Salary: £27,300 Basic | OTE £66,300!!!

Monday to Friday [8:30 – 18:00] with a day off in week

Saturday's [8:30 – 17:00] on a rota

Sunday’s [10:00 – 16:00] on a rota

Benefits: Taxable Company car with fuel card & 1 full weekend off each month
