Transaction Manager - Newbury

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transaction Manager to join a reputable client of ours at their high performing main dealership based in Newbury.

This role also offers a fantastic opportunity for experienced Transaction Managers but also Sales Executives looking to take the next step into management. Our client is known for its commitment to employee development and providing a supportive working environment.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Transaction Manager:

Oversee and manage the entire sales transaction process.

Ensure smooth and efficient completion of vehicle sales, financing, and additional products.

Collaborate with Sales Executives and Finance teams to optimise deals and customer satisfaction.

Provide guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring targets are met.

Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.

The Package:

£25,000 Basic Salary + £50,000 Bonus!

Monday to Saturday [8:30am – 18:00pm] + Day off in the week + No Sundays!

1x late shift during the week [8:30am – 21:00pm]
