Transaction Manager - Newbury

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is assisting a motor trade dealership group in the search for an experienced Transaction Manager, based in their established site.

Our client seeks a confident and driven individual with proven success in a Business/Transaction Manager role. You will be responsible for maximising profitability through the sale of finance and insurance products, while ensuring a smooth and compliant transaction process for all customers.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Oversee and manage the sales transaction process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Maximise sales of finance and insurance products, achieving and exceeding set targets.

Support, motivate, and guide the sales team in achieving departmental objectives.

Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering excellent service.

Previous experience as a Business/Transaction Manager within the motor trade is essential.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

A full UK driving licence is required.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £30,000

OTE: £50,750

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm (designated day off during the week)

Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

No Sundays

1 late shift until 9:00pm (either Tuesday or Thursday)
