Our client, an award winning reputable family-run dealership group based in Newbury representing a well-known premium brand, is looking for a Transaction Manager to join their team. This role provides excellent growth potential within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Transaction Manager:
Oversee the full sales process, from negotiation to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer journey.
Collaborate with finance and insurance companies to offer competitive financing options while ensuring all regulatory compliance.
Support and guide the sales team on deal structuring, pricing strategies, and effective closing techniques.
Foster strong relationships with customers, delivering high levels of satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Mentor and coach the sales team to enhance their skills and support career progression within the dealership.
Complete all transactions in line with legal standards and dealership policies, ensuring accurate documentation and records.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
You will be responsible for a team of 4 Sales Executives, whilst reporting into the Sales Manager.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £26,250 with an OTE of £55,000 + Company Vehicle
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm, with every other Sunday off and a day off during the week
