Transaction Manager - Brighton

The Role:

At present, Silcom Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to come on board with an established car dealership group based in Brighton.

A rare and unique opportunity to join a sales team with a great reputation on the south coast and beyond, selling an unrivalled brand and working at an amazing facility.

As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Upskill and oversee a number of Sales Executives. Alongside another Transaction Manager, reporting to the General Sales Manager.

Overseeing the sale of new and used vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the FCA guidelines.

Oversee forecourt management.

Manage the sales process & used car performance within the dealership.

Stacking deals.

Proposing finance cases.

Second facing customers.

Ensuring the best levels of customer service at all times.

The Package: 

Basic salary of £22,500 OTE £60,000 Uncapped plus company car and great company benefits.

Hours - 08:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday; 5 day working week including Saturdays. Rota’d Sundays, with a full weekend off rota’d in (1 in 3 weekends).
