The Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a family run dealership based in Wareham for a trainee Service Advisor due to an internal promotion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking for a route into the motor trade, the ideal individual will hold relevant customer service experience and a customer focused mindset. They are offering a hands-on training and development programme with plenty of opportunities for future progression within the business.
As mentioned, strong customer service experience is required, and while motor trade experience is beneficial, it is not essential.
Responsibilities & Requirements Of A Trainee Service Advisor:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
Schedule appointments for vehicle servicing and repairs.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
Prepare and maintain accurate service records and job cards.
Ensure all customer details and service history are up to date in the system.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
Order and manage inventory of parts required for servicing and repairs.
Address any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Promote additional services, products, or maintenance plans to customers.
Work closely with service technicians and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
The Package:
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 (experience dependent) + Small Bonus!!
Hours: Monday – Friday [8:00am – 5:30pm]
(1-in-3) Saturdays [8:30am – 12:30pm]!
