Trainee Car Sales Executive - Portsmouth

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently have a great opportunity available for a keen and eager Trainee Car Sales Executive, working for an established, premium main dealership client of ours, based in Portsmouth.

Working within a stable, friendly and fast paced environment, our ideal Trainee Car Sales Executive will possess the desire and willingness to learn and develop within an exciting environment.

You will ideally have current sales experience, ideally face-to-face. Or come from a strong customer service background, and have a desire to transfer that customer centric approach into a sales role.

In return, you will be afforded full and on-going franchise training and the opportunity to build a career.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

MUST HAVE some experience within sales or customer service

A positive, conscientious and 'can do' attitude.

Punctuality.

An eagerness to learn and develop

Package:

£18,000 Basic Starting Salary

On target earnings circa £40,000-£45,000

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm – Day off in the week

Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm

Sunday (1 in 2) 10:00am-4:00pm
