Trainee Car Sales Executive - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently working with an established, car dealership group who are currently offering a superb opportunity for a trainee car sales executive to join their team. 

A rare and unique opportunity to join a 40+ year established business, selling a premium brand and working within an amazing environment. A lovely, modern and airy facility, you will be given the environment and tools to succeed in this role.  

As a Trainee Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

Following a structured sales & training process to maximise opportunities - Sales of new & used cars

Ensure an excellent customer service experience

Identify targets and book appointments accordingly

Achieve Sales and Profitability Targets

Selling of Finance and Insurance Products

The Package: 

Starting salary of £12,000 - Commission topped up whilst training - £30,000 realistic first year on target earnings - £45,000+ within 12-18 months. 

Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 6:00pm - Day off in the week.

Saturday - 9:00am - 5:00pm

Sunday - 10:00am - 4:00pm (rota - 1-3)
