Trainee Car Sales Executive - Newbury

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently have the pleasure of working alongside a great client of ours who have a fantastic opportunity available for a keen and eager Trainee Car Sales Executive, working for an established main dealership, based in Newbury.

Working within a stable, friendly and fast paced environment, the ideal Trainee Car Sales Executive will possess the desire and willingness to learn and develop within an exciting environment in the motor trade industry.

You will ideally have current sales experience, ideally face-to-face. Or come from a strong customer service background, and have a desire to transfer that customer centric approach into a sales role.

In return, you will be afforded full and on-going franchise training and the opportunity to build a career.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

MUST HAVE some experience within sales or customer service.

A positive, conscientious and 'can do' attitude.

Punctuality.

An eagerness to learn and develop.

Package:

£25,000 Basic Starting Salary.

On target earnings circa £40,000-£45,000.

Company Car.

Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 6:00pm.

Designated day off during the week.

Saturday – 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Sunday rota (1 in 2) – 10:00am – 4:00pm.
