The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of an exciting business based in Portsmouth, seeking to add an experienced Accounts Assistant to their team on an initial three-month temporary assignment. Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

Using CDK Drive (Kerridge/ADP) and Excel.

Resolving queries on stock that has been sold

Allocating Remittances on Sales Ledger.

Processing charges deducted from Auction proceeds through Purchase Ledger.

Other ad hoc vehicle record maintenance.

Generally assisting with Stock Control.

The Package:

£Flexible hourly rate depending on experience Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm with a half hour lunch.

***Our client can also accommodate part time hours - Five to six hours a day***
